To provide support, you must have completed psychology studies or a four- or five-year psychotherapy course .
INFORMATION CLAUSE:
In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (general regulation on the protection of data) "GDPR", we would like to inform you that the administrator of personal data is the Association of Psychologists and Psychotherapists for Society, KRS number 0000860575, based in Warsaw, ul. Żurawia 6/12 lok. 766.
Personal data will be processed on the basis of your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR) in order to:
· Providing free psychological and / or psychotherapeutic assistance services as part of free specialist duty hours.
Sharing the data contained in the forms on the website: www.psychologowie-dla-spoleczenstwa.pl.
The recipients of personal data may be IT solution providers (including the website provider www.wix.com and its subsidiaries), other entities if their participation is necessary to achieve the purposes of processing. In justified cases, personal data may be transferred to entities based outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
Your personal data will be processed for the period of providing psychological assistance under the initiative "Psychological assistance in an epidemic situation" for people visiting the website www.psychologowie-dla-spoleczenstwa.pl, no longer than for a period of 1 year.
